Happiness is imperative during pregnancy! Try to dress up, do things you love, and keep yourself busy. -- Noreena S.

While there is a lot of emphasis made on physical health during pregnancy, a mama’s mental health is just as important! If you’re not feeling quite like yourself, please know that you are not alone. Many pregnant moms experience depression. Talk with your provider about options, including taking an antidepressant, if needed. It can be absolutely life changing. -- Amanda A.
