Quick Workouts You Can Do with Baby

You know that as much as we love babies around here, we are also all about that mama self-love! While your day is beyond busy tending to your little one & still trying to maintain a sense of normalcy at the house, taking care of yourself is also imperative.

And what better way to do that than by treating your body with some serious endorphins, right?

quick workouts with baby

For the days that you can’t sneak away to the gym alone (because you’re just too lazy or because the sitter canceled last minute) we’re sharing some of the best workouts you can do...WITH BABY!

Whether you’re able to do the all of these moves at once or you need to split them to fit your day, check out these calorie bustin’ moves that you can mix & match for the perfect at-home workout!

And don’t forget: you can absolutely hold or wear your little one for these exercises! If you’re not sure about using them as extra weight for your workout, just lay them in front of you so that they can feel comforted that you are near and you can still get your moves in!
