And don’t forget: you can absolutely hold or wear your little one for these exercises! If you’re not sure about using them as extra weight for your workout, just lay them in front of you so that they can feel comforted that you are near and you can still get your moves in!
For each day, try to complete each round 2 - 3 times!! Carving out time to get your heart rate up (for all the right reasons) while keeping your little one nearby helps you take care of yourself while being able to keep an eye on your babe!
